I found many, many amusing signs along my trip. I started photographing them, cataloguing their absurdity, obviousness or humour. Categorising them is difficult, but I have more than enough to turn into a whole series.
This one was spotted by a basement door in Greenwich, UK (GPS co-ordinates indicate I was under a kilometre from the Prime Meridian at the time). I guess there's high voltage equipment behind the door. But rather than warning about high voltage, it states the outcome of opening the door and fiddling with the contents in an unsafe manner. As one does.
I had an urge to put a sign by the nearest window saying "DANGER OF DEFENESTRATION".
